Concept out a new store model for an elevated brand experience to be used for all new store builds as well as all existing store remodels.
Oversee architects for all design elements managing layout and customer flow, material selection & fixture design.
Work with GCs and PMs to go over architectural plans to ensure a proper build out.
Create 3D models for all locations.
Complete 360 visual merchandising & decor packages with custom furniture pieces using current interior design trends & color stories.
Oversee all signage and marketing materials at each location.
Introduced & implemented floor resets twice a year using merchandising analytics.

-Lead the Design Department while working hands on to provide art direction on complete concept graphic packages and all branded materials.
-Help with creation of new brands and all brand assets associated with design
-Work with architects or third party vendors to design fixtures for new concepts and rollouts
-Meet and develop relationships with new brand partners in order to guide them through all merchandising and graphic business needs
-Identify and source décor based on brand guidelines and project scope
-Research, develop and implement retail food merchandising programs to drive LFL sales
